Got a decent size triple room with an extra bed crammed in when we arrived, and thoroughly enjoyed that. the hotel is in a marvelous location, very close to the tube and bus links. - Coffee was in plentiful supply. - It was just a pleasant stroll away from St Pancras by Searcys; we ate there a couple of times.

Would definitely book again and enjoy an excellent stay. The staff are affable and provide an excellent service. Its location is best possible, just off St Pancras train station as well as shops.

We must have had the worst room num. 01Lg. Directly under the main hallway into the hotel. The noise from peoples foot steps made it very difficult to sleep. The tv did not work. The reception said that the hotel still did not have tv signal. Room very small and in the basement. Thank god we only booked one night. If we had a different room in the hotel maybe we would think about coming back..

Location
Getting about the hotel with luggage was very difficult as the room was in the basement, there were no lifts and the corridors were small and difficult to negotiate. No help was offered by the reception staff.
